On Fox News’ The Real Story with Gretchen Carlson today, guest Rudy Giuliani spoke with guest host Kimberly Guilfoyle about today’s stunning announcement from the FBI’s Jim Comey that Hillary Clinton would not be prosecuted for gross negligence over her use of a homebrewed email server. “No reasonable prosecutor would bring charges,” Comey stated.
Former prosecutor Giuliani points out that any reasonable prosecutor would have found this a “no-brainer” of a case, and that at the very least, Hillary’s inability to pass an FBI security check based on her email server would preclude her from serving as President.
