Several people on a train in Germany have been seriously injured after a 17-year-old Afghan migrant began attacking passengers with an axe and a knife.
The Bavarian Minister of the Interior has confirmed that the culprit is a 17-year-old Afghani. The attackershouted “Allahu Akbar” as he carried out the rampage.
It was subsequently confirmed that the attacker was an “unaccompanied refugee”.
The attack happened on the train line between Wurzburg and Heidingsfeld.
According to police, “Some people were seriously or even fatally wounded.”
Initial reports said that over 20 were injured, although this figure was later revised down to three seriously injured and one light injury. 14 others are in shock.

According to some reports, the culprit was shot by police after trying to flee.
Tensions in Europe remain high after last week’s truck attack in Nice.
ISIS supporters are already celebrating the attack.
Unfortunately, this could be yet another example of how political correctness kills.
