Ryan aide quickly responds to Drudge headline: “No”...

Paul Ryan’s press secretary had a one-word response to Drudge Report speculation that the Speaker is wading into the presidential race: “No.” 

The Drudge Report tweeted “Paul Ryan launches first campaign ad?” with a link to a video of Ryan giving a speech on the current state of politics.

Several Ryan aides quickly responded, including press secretary AshLee Strong and communications director Mike Ricci.

Speculation of Ryan jumping into the GOP fray has continued to surface throughout the primary season, although Ryan has firmly denied any interest in running.
