Rudy Giuliani went off on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on The O’Reilly Factor on Wednesday. Giuliani blamed Hillary for creating ISIS in Syria-Iraq.
Rudy Giuliani: She had her chance to do it. She helped create ISIS. Hillary Clinton could be considered a founding member of ISIS… By being part of an administration that withdrew from Iraq. By being part of an administration that let al-Maliki run Iraq into the ground… By not intervening in Syria at the proper time. By being part of administration that drew 12 lines in the sand and made a joke out of it.
